Obituary of John M. Combs

JOHN M. COMBS, 90 YEARS OLD, IS DEAD.

John M. Combs, aged 90 years and the last of a family of sixchildren, died at his home in the Finney section of Russell County,September 12. Mr. Combs was a fine old man, a Christian and Confederate soldier. Besides the aged wife he is survived by five children and an adopteddaughter.
