Obituary of Calvin Morgan Powers

March 8, 1918 Near two weeks ago uncle Harvey Powers was found dead in bed at his home at Bucu, his death occurring from dropsy. Less than two weeks previous, his brother Calvin Powers, who had for several years made his home there with his brother, passed away. The deceased brothers were about 76 and 78 years of age respectively. The latter had been practically blind for a number of years. Uncle Henry Powers, a brother to the deceased men, living here, was unable physically to attend the burial services.
