April 6, 1917 DR. J. D. ALDERSON

Dr. J. D. Alderson, aged 75 years, died at his home here at 8:15 o'clock tonigh. He had been suffering some time with heart trouble. His death was not unexpected. The funeral will be conducted from the residence Saturday afternoon.
Interment will be in the Alderson graveyard a few miles from town. The deceased leaves a widow and one sister Mr. Thomas Preston, of this place. Dr. Alderson was one of the leading citizens of this community. He had practiced medicine here for about fifty years.
