Death notice of Cornelius Ball

April 11, 1931 DEAD AT 100; WAS FATHER 29 CHILDREN Cornelius Ball, aged 100 years old, died last Friday at his home in Buchanan county. Deceased was the father of twenty-nine children, twenty-one of whom are now living. Two brothers aged 92 and 87, survive also. Mr. Ball was a member of a large family of children, all of whom lived past eighty.
