May 27, 1921 Rev. Hezekiah Bays, Age 80 Years, Dead
Rev. Hezekiah Bays was a former Russell county man, having been born in the Loop. His death occurred recently at Rock Hill, S. C. The only living brother, Rev. J. C. Bays, attended the funeral. Three of the Bays boys were Methodist preachers, namely, Revs. W. W., Hezekiah and J. C. Bays.
Russell county has produced some big preachers and the Bays boys were in that class.
