January 7, 1888 Death of James S. Boyd One by one they pass away. This time it is James Spotts Boyd, a well known and respected citizen of this place, who died on Tuesday morning about 6 o'clock. He was a native of Virginia, and aged 54 years and 3 months. He leaves a wife and four children to mourn their loss. The funeral will take place from the M. E. Church.
