Obituary of Luther Hart Clapp

April 25, 1919 DR. CLAPP DEAD      Dr. L. H. Clapp, of Pennington Gap, Va., father of Mrs. L. L. Dickenson, of North Tazewell, died suddenly at his home last Saturday morning of appoplexy. He was in the 79th year of his age. Dr. Clapp served gallantly in the confederate army, being a Lieutenant. He is survived by his wife and five children. The funeral and burial took place at Pennington Gap Sunday.
