May 2, 1919 DR. L. H. CLAPP DEAD
Dr. L. H. Clapp, for several years the druggist of Lebanon, and later the druggist of Cleveland, died suddenly at his home in Pennington Gap a week ago Saturday. He was in the 79th year of his age, and although it has been many years since he lived in Lebanon and Cleveland, he is remembered by hundreds of people throughout the county who were his friends. He served in the Confederate army, being a Lieutenant, and was a brave officer.
The deceased is survived by a wife and five children, one of whom is Mrs. L. L. Dickenson, of North Tazewell.
