Death Notice of Canaan Counts

March 19, 1914 Cottage Grove Man Dies at 83. Cottage Grove, Or., March 18. - The death of Cane C. Counts, father of C. F. and S. C. Counts, occurred at the home of his son, W. P. Counts, of Grants Pass, yesterday morning after an illness of one week with neuralgia. His three sons were with him at the time of death. Mr. Counts celebrated his 83d birthday February 13. Funeral services were being held today, Rev. C. M. Cobb officiating. Interment was in the Masonic Cemetery.
