Death Notice of Henry Hopkins Dickenson

November 28, 1903 PROMINENT MAN DEAD Capt. Dickenson Was Clerk of Courts of Russell County for Twenty Years Roanoke, Va., Nov. 27. - (Special). Capt. H. H. Dickenson, a gallant Confederate officer and for twenty years clerk of the courts of Russell county, Virginia, died at his home at Lebanon today. Capt. Dickenson was 65 years of age and was one of the most prominent men of his section. He leaves a widow and five children.
