January 26, 1912 Levi Johnson Died Sunday.
Levi Johnson, an old Confederate soldier, who resided in the Copper Creek District, of Russell county, died Sunday night.
Mr. Johnson was a good man, a good citizen and a good soldier, having suffered many hardships during his services in the long bloody struggles of the sixties.
Mr. Johnson requested that his body be kept up until Wednesday, which request we suppose was granted.
