April 14, 1909 J. W. Lockhart Dies. Knoxville, Tenn. April 13. A special to The Sentinel from Bristol, Tenn., says J. W. Lockhart was stricken with paralysis today and died shortly afterwards. He was 62 years old and was a water commissioner of the city.
