Obituary of Able Smith

February 11, 1916 ABLE SMITH DEAD. At his home north of Cleveland Saturday, February 5th, 1916 there passed into that infinite silence the soul of Able Smith, member of the twenty-first Virginia Cavalry. This old gentleman and Confederate soldier was a quiet, unassuming christian man, and has a large connection on the north side of the county. He was seventy-four years old.
