Mr. Stephen Vaughn, one of the highly esteemed residents of Sedgwick, died yesterday morning at 4 o'clock at his home aged 78 years. The deceased was a native of Virginia but for the past two years had been a resident of Sedgwick, moving there from Hanging Rock, O. Mr. Vaughn is survived by two grown sons, one of whom is a resident of Dayton, O., and the other living in this city. One brother resides in Russell, Ky, and one sister, Mrs. Margaret Carty, resides at Sedgwick.
The funeral services will occur Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Sedgwick M. E. church, Rev. George Lightner officiating. Burial will be made under the direction of Gholson and Sons.
