An important date to remember is the Memorial service for departed Confederate soldiers to be held in Lebanon, Sunday, June 30th. Dr. J. C. Orr, of Emory, will be the preacher on this occasion. As many of the 17 surviving veterans in Russell, as can, are urged to attend.
