16th ANNUAL REUNION
The 16th annual reunion of McElhaney Camp was held at Honaker last Saturday. At 10:30 the old veterans formed a line in front of the Busy Bee Store after which the Commander formed a line of march to the old church. Before the march, as is their custom, they held an election to elect officers for the ensuing year. J. W. Bausell was unanimously re-elected as Commander; S. A. Duff, Lieutenant commander; J. J. Kiser, 2nd Lieutenant commander; G. W. J. Gray, 3rd Lieutenant Commander; S. H. Wyatt, Adjutant, and John Puckett color bearer.
After the election of officers the veterans marched to the church, and Hon. Wm. E. Burns delivered an address which was enjoyed by all present. At 12 o'clock the veterans were marched around a table laden with everything good to eat.
