Proud to say that Russell county will erect a monument in honor of the old confederate heroes of the county on the court green in Lebanon. The monument was purchased last Saturday from the McNeil Monument co., of Merrietta, Ga., and will be delivered in four months.

The monument selected is massive and handsome and every patriotic man, woman and child in Russell will feel proud and will want to have some money in it.
