McElhenny, of the 37th Regiment of Virginia Vols., at Lebanon Russell Co. Va on the 18th day of March, 1862, to serve for 3 years or during the war; he was born in Wilkes Co in the State of North Carolina, is Thirty Two years of age, 5 feet, 10 inches high, Dark complexion, Hazel eyes, dark hair, and by occupation when enlisted at Farmer. During the last two months said soldier has been unfit for duty ____ day.
