with the information that: Records show Thos. Dickinson, (also shown as T. Dickens and Thos. Dickens), pvt Co. K. 48th Regt Va. Inf. C. S. A. enlisted June 25, 1861 at Russell.
He was captured at South Mountain July 4, 1863 and arrived at Ft Delaware Oct 27, 1863 and was admitted to Hammond Gen Hosp. Pt Lookout Md. and died Feb 15, 1864, cause of death: Chro. Diarrhoea.
