William H. Dillion, a private, of Captain T.J. Smith's Company (I) of the 37th Regiment of Confederate States Volunteers, was enlisted by Capt. S. Hunt, of the 37th Regiment of Va. I CERTIFY, that I have carefully examined the said Wm. H. Dillion of Capt. Thos. In my opinion he will not be able to resume his duties at any future time, therefore I recommend that he be discharged from service.
