I CERTIFY, that Wm. N. Kelly, late a private of Captain Wm. J. Kindrick Company (G), 37th Regiment Virginia Infantry Volunteers, was enlisted at New Garden on the 13 day of July 1861, by Wm. J. Kendrick, and that he died at Richmond on the 11 day of April 1862.
The said Wm. N. Kelly was last paid by Capt. Clark Quartermaster, to include the 31 day of June 1861, and has pay due from that time to the date of his death.
There is due him $25, commutation for clothing.
