Respectfully returned. Captains Harman & Yost resignations were accepted more than 12 months ago. Capt Keller was killed last spring. Capt. McFarlain was formerly with his company a part of the 7th Confed. Batt for this reason his name does not appear upon the rolls. his muster roll to the 1st Augt 1864 will be found with those of the 34th Batt Ba Cav.
