Va Vols at Lebanon on the 10th day of May 1861 to serve for one year, he was born in Russell County in the State of Va. is 26 years of age 6 feet high fair complexion Hazel eyes yellow hair and by occupation when enlisted a Brick Mason. During the last 6 mos the said soldier has been unfit for duty.

I therefore recommend his discharge.
