CERTIFICATE OF DISABILITY FOR DISCHARGE.

Jessee Music, a sergt, of Capt. C. A. Bussey's Company, (G,) of the 37th Va Regiment of Confederate States Vols., was enlisted by Capt. Wm. J. Kindrick, of the 37th Regiment of Va Vols., at New Garden, Va., on the 13th day of July 1861, to serve one year; he was born in Russell Co, in the State of Virginia, is 37 years of age, 5 feet 8 inches high, dark complexion, gray eyes, dark hair, and by occupation when enlisted a farmer. During the last two months said soldier has been unfit for duty 60 days.
