Certificate Recommending Extension of Furlough

Chrisman Taylor of Co. G 13 Va Reserves (Post Office Belfast Mills) having been granted a Furlough on the ----- 186_ at ----- by ----- and having appeared before this Board for recommendation for extension of Furlough, we do hereby certify that we have carefully examined him and find that he is unable to walk without great difficulty, even with the aid of crutches, in consequence of G. S. wound of left thigh.

And in consequence thereof, he will not, in our opinion, be find for duty in a less period than 30 days, for which time we recommend an extension of his Furlough.
