Vols., born in Russell County in the State of Virginia, aged 37 years, five feet, 10 inches high, fair complexion, blue eyes, light hair, and by occupation a farmer, was enlisted by Capt. Hunt at New Garden on the 2nd day of May 1862, to serve one year and is now entitled to discharge by reason of expiration of his term of service.
