"...the smallpoks is all around us..." Letters of Charles Kelly Charles Kelly was a member of the 16th Virginia Cavalry, Company A, along with Isaac V. Reynolds. He served until the Second Battle of Winchester, where he was killed. He is buried in Stonewall Cemetery in Winchester. Click here for a photo of Charles Kelly.
